Filters and filter elements

The «NGO» company manufactures and supplies the following filters:

• Filters and filter elements for cleaning hydraulic fluids;
• Filters for the purification of light petroleum products;
• Filters for water purification;
• Filters for purification of associated petroleum gas;
• Filter elements for air purification of gas turbine installations of gas pumping stations.

Filters and filter elements offered by our company have found application in various industries and, in particular, are used to purify the air of gas turbine stations, associated petroleum gas, fuel and hydraulic fluids in automotive equipment, road vehicles, drilling equipment, machine tools, cleaning of used motor oils, industrial and drinking water.

Filter elements according to the design of the porous filter partition are divided into mesh, synthetic and paper.

Depending on the purpose, mesh filter elements are produced with a filtration fineness of up to 5 microns, have a long service life, are amenable to multiple regeneration, are capable of operating at high temperatures, in aggressive environments, in systems with operating pressure (up to 32 MPa) and pressure drop (up to 3 MPa).

Mesh filter elements are manufactured in various sizes, have high mechanical strength and are not inferior in filtering characteristics to foreign analogues.

Analysis of the operating experience of machines shows that 80% of accidents occur due to failures in their hydraulic systems due to pollution of the working environment. The presence of contamination in the hydraulic fluid leads to wear of valves, hydraulic cylinders, spool mechanisms, damage to seals, failure of the hydraulic distributor, etc. In addition, intensive wear of the hydraulic motor and pump components occurs, which causes a sharp drop in efficiency (up to 40%).

Filters used in hydraulic systems are mainly equipped with replaceable single-use filter elements and are manufactured with a paper filter curtain. When the maximum level of pollution is reached, their destruction often occurs and, as a result, massive clogging of the system.

The advantage of mesh filter elements over imported ones (single—use, made of non-regenerated filter materials) is the possibility of repeated use (1530 times), without deterioration of the filtering performance. This allows you to significantly reduce the cost of repairing equipment and save money by refusing to purchase expensive filters and filter elements abroad.

The use of high-efficiency mesh filter elements made of Russian materials makes it possible to successfully solve the problems of filtration of working media in various branches of technology. They are easy to dispose of because they are made of stainless steel and at the same time, strategically, Russian consumers become independent from foreign suppliers of filter elements and materials.

NewWe present to your attention a set of mesh filter elements EFSR 266.1000.300. part number CRU/RU-7.

It is intended for filtration of liquid sulfur at high process temperature and removal of solid particles from it. The set of filter elements consists of 7 corrugated stainless steel baskets designed with the flow direction from outside to inside. The fineness of filtration is determined by the technical specification of the Customer and can be 100, 200, 300 or 400 microns. The overall dimensions of one replaceable filter element are 1000 mm (+/- 2 mm.) x the diameter of the blind cover along the outer contour is 228 mm x the diameter of the through cover is 266.4 mm.. The weight of one filter element is not more than 20 kg. Each filter element on the pass-through cover is equipped with a special metal handle for easy removal and replacement.
The set of filter elements must be located in a removable internal filter assembly.

— The material design of the frame and covers is AISI 304 stainless steel.
— The material version of the ring seal is fluorosilicon. (Teflon is allowed).
— Material version of the corrugated mesh with a filtration fineness of 300 microns – 316 Ti steel.
— Flow direction: from outside to inside.
— The working medium is liquid sulfur.
— Working pressure – 0.8 MPa.
— The maximum pressure drop is not more than 0.1 MPa.
— Operating temperature – no more than 170°С.
— The fineness of the screening of mechanical impurities – no more than 300 microns.
— Productivity per hour – 1.35 cubic meters per filter element.

Filters remove particles with a size of 5 microns and above with an efficiency of 70-90% (depending on the particle size).

If necessary, filters can be installed both sequentially and in parallel. The working position is vertical. Filters work without loss of electrical energy, do not require maintenance, repair and maintenance costs. They can be used at pressures from 0.1 to 1.6 MPa and temperatures up to 250 ° C. At the optimal fluid flow rate, the pressure loss is 5-15 kPa. The optimal fluid flow rate is in the range from 0.5 to 1.5 m/s.

Maintenance and repair

Maintenance consists in periodic cleaning of the filter. Periodically, it is necessary to visually monitor the condition of the seals in the joints. Technical parameters: temperature max. 250 °C; pressure max. 1.6 MPa.

Description of work

The action of centrifugal filters is based on the separation of a slurry of sewage and a flowing liquid having different densities, as a result of the action of centrifugal force on solid particles at a radial flow inlet at an increased speed with tangential acceleration inside a cylinder having rotary blades.

Centrifugal separation takes place in a cylindrical tank. The purified liquid is discharged through a nozzle located along the axis of the filter perpendicular to the axis of the cylinder in its upper part. Sewage settles on the cylindrical part of the filter and accumulates in its lower part, from where it is regularly or cyclically removed. In the standard version for sludge removal, the filters are equipped with a ball valve and counter flanges. In a special version, the removal of deposits is carried out automatically by a device that is supplied on an additional order.

Air cooling unit

Modern technologies and innovative developments allow us to offer customers world-class high-performance equipment. Our company’s experts are constantly working to improve the efficiency of existing devices and develop innovative methods of heat exchange intensification, providing customers with reduced operating costs and increased reliability of technological processes in any, even extreme conditions.

Unlike most companies, we offer customers several versions of the ABO tube fins — steel or aluminum. Each of the materials has its own advantages.

Bundles of feathered tubes with aluminum fins are much lighter, less dirty and easy to clean. On the other hand, systems that use galvanized steel are characterized by a long service life – up to 30 years, they are resistant to corrosion and mechanical stress.

Air cooling devices are operated in completely different and sometimes extremely difficult conditions, both climatic and industrial. The company’s technical specialists take into account all these factors at the earliest stages of design, which allows us to offer customers heat exchange solutions that are ideally suited for specific technological applications.

The NGO company supplies a wide range of fans for various applications: from small office premises to large industrial buildings. Common to all fans is the principle that all components are designed taking into account the need to reduce energy consumption. All fans are thoroughly tested both in the laboratory and in real operating conditions for compliance with current prospective requirements for energy saving. All products are also manufactured in accordance with the requirements of environmental safety standards.
